You will never be forced to finish because you have won... You may decide gold is its own reward - or perhaps you could get an adventurer to Legendary status...
As well as goals you set yourself, there is the winning of The Game to be done. All the four main races of Leman hate distrust each other at best, and it seems inevitable that at some point, just one will be left standing.
Perhaps with The Game played out, a new golden age of mankind could dawn, ruled by a ruler rather more enlightened than Cassius. Perhaps, you?
